This Week on The Catholic Current: A New Bishop, School Choice and More

Hello Friends,

I’m Fr. Robert McTeigue, S.J., host and producer of The Catholic Current.

This week we’ll be joined by guests you need to hear from!

On Monday, we will meet Dr. Ashley Berner who will update us on, “School Choice & Anti-Catholic Bigotry.”   On Tuesday, author and cultural critic, Mike Church will tell us about “Humility of Heart.”   On Wednesday, Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Buffalo, Bishop Edward Scharfenberger, will help us ask the difficult question, “What’s Next for the Diocese of Buffalo?”  Thursday’s guest, Christine Moosbrugger, will speak to us about Our Lady of Guadalupe, “Shaper of History and Shaper of Hearts.”  On Friday, our returning guest, Bree A. Dail, will help us ask the important question, “The Vatican, China and Hong Kong – What’s Next?.

Our rallying cry here at The Catholic Current is “Bringing Christ to the World, and the World to Christ!” It is the mission given by Christ to the Apostles on the day of his Ascension, passed on through generations, and now left in the hands of you and me, the faithful. What shall we do with it?
