THIS WEEK ON THE CATHOLIC CURRENT: Miracles, magisterium, money and more!

I’m Father Robert McTeigue, S.J., and I am delighted to be the host and producer of The Catholic Current, where we apply timeless truths to timely topics.  We want our listeners to move into February alert to what God is doing in our world these days!    We work hard to ensure that our listeners have the insights and information they need.  On Monday, we’ll welcome back Dr. Joseph Shaw of Oxford University to address the question, “Is there one right way to receive Holy Communion?”  Tuesday’s guest will be Michael O’Neill (“The Miracle Hunter”) to discuss the American premiere of the film “The Apparition.”  Mark your calendar for Wednesday’s most distinguished guest, Fr. Robert Spitzer, S.J., of the Magis Institute—the Jesuit who helped me to find my vocation!  Thursday’s guest will be author/apologist Jimmy Akin, to help us understand what the Church really teaches—and why.   We’ll wrap up the week on Friday with Bill Kirk and colleagues from Rerum Novarum Capital, asking, “Is it good for business to be Catholic?”  In this time of confusion and conflict, The Catholic Current brings clarity and charity to help us find light in the darkness.  Join us!
