THIS WEEK ON THE CATHOLIC CURRENT: Heroism, Holiness, Hope—and more!

I’m Father Robert McTeigue, S.J., and I am delighted to be the host and producer of The Catholic Current, where we apply timeless truths to timely topics.  Easter Season has begun and we’re learning to live forgiven and victorious! We work hard to offer our listeners support as they walk with Our Lord during this joyful season.  While we’re still savoring the graces from last week’s on-air Spring Membership Appeal, we’re ready to take on another week. On Monday, we’ll welcome renowned Chesterton scholar Dale Ahlquist to discuss Chesterton as a saint.  Tuesday’s guest is author Amanda Lauer, joining us to talk about faith and friendship in wartime.  On Wednesday, we’ll welcome Kelly Salomon of the Cardinal Newman Society to talk about selecting the right college.  Thursday’s returning guest is self-defense consultant Suzanne Cruz, and we’ll ask her about how to respond to a stalker.  Mark your calendar for Friday’s episode:  We’ll talk with Introvigne Massimo of BitterWinter.org about what’s happening to Christians in China.   In this time of confusion and conflict, The Catholic Current brings clarity and charity to help us find light in the darkness.  Join us!

Here’s what we have to look forward to this week:

MONDAY:  G.K. Chesterton: A Knight of the Holy Ghost, with Dale Ahlquist

TUESDAY: Faith & Friendship in a Time of War, with Amanda Lauer

WEDNESDAY: How to Choose the Right College, with Kelly Salomon

THURSDAY:  How Should We Respond to Stalkers, with Suzanne Cruz

FRIDAY: What’s Happening to Christians in China?, with Introvigne Massimo
