THIS WEEK ON THE CATHOLIC CURRENT: Converts, Cardinals, Media Madness, and more!

I’m Father Robert McTeigue, S.J., and I am delighted to be the host and producer of The Catholic Current, where we apply timeless truths to timely topics.  We’re in the second half February—persevering towards Spring!    We work hard to ensure that our listeners have the insights and information they need to fight the good fight throughout the year.  On Monday, we’ll meet authors Ulf & Birgitta Ekman, whose conversion shocked the Lutherans of Sweden.  Tuesday’s returning guest will be George Neumayr of the American Spectator, to update us on America’s Cardinals.  Wednesday, we’ll meet again with Benedictine Father Augustine Wetta, to tell us about the difference between self-esteem and humility.  (Hint:  humility is better!) On  Thursday, architects Erik Bootsma & Steve Schloeder will tell us about how to teach clergy about making churches beautiful again.  On Friday, we’ll welcome back Michael Hichborn of the Lepanto Institute to talk about power and sickness of mass media.  In this time of confusion and conflict, The Catholic Current brings clarity and charity to help us find light in the darkness.  Join us!

Here’s what we have to look forward to this week:
