THIS WEEK ON THE CATHOLIC CURRENT: The Culture of Life vs. The Culture of Death, Meet the New Pagans, and more!

I’m Father Robert McTeigue, S.J., and I am delighted to be the host and producer of The Catholic Current, where we apply timeless truths to timely topics.  April has arrived and Lent is moving us towards Holy Week! We work hard to ensure that our listeners have the insights and information they need to fight the good fight throughout the year.  On Monday, we’ll meet Maureen Flynn, co-chair of the Coalition for Pray and Fast for America.  On Tuesday, we’ll meet the leadership of the Life Alliance and hear about their work in the Massachusetts legislature. On Wednesday, we’ll welcome back Joseph Grabowski for a first hand report on the World Congress of Families.  Thursday’s returning guests is Steve Ray.  We’ll ask him, “Is paganism making a comeback?”   On Friday, we’ll meet Fr. Robert Sirico of the Acton Institute.  We’ll ask him about socialism and the ongoing tragedy in Venezuela.   In this time of confusion and conflict, The Catholic Current brings clarity and charity to help us find light in the darkness.  Join us!

Here’s what we have to look forward to this week:
