THIS WEEK ON THE CATHOLIC CURRENT: Light & Darkness in Rome, Defending Innocence—and more!

I’m Father Robert McTeigue, S.J., and I am delighted to be the host and producer of The Catholic Current, where we apply timeless truths to timely topics.  Easter Season is progressing and we’re striving to live forgiven and victorious! We work hard to offer our listeners support as they walk with Our Lord during this joyful season.  On Monday, we’ll meet independent journalist, Brendan Young to learn about the Prince of the Heavenly Host, Saint Michael, the Archangel.  Tuesday’s returning guest is one of our listeners’ favorites:  Joseph Pearce! We’ll be talking to him about his new book on literature and Catholic life.  On Wednesday we welcome back Fr. Casey Jones of the Diocese of Venice, Florida as we discuss together “Looking into the Morale of Priests.” Thursday’s distinguished guest is Dr. Anthony Esolen of Thomas More College, joining us to discuss the culture’s way on boys.  On Friday, we’ll meet Pamela Whitehead of CheckMyClinic and ask about her health inspections of abortion clinics.  In this time of confusion and conflict, The Catholic Current brings clarity and charity to help us find light in the darkness.  Join us!

Here’s what we have to look forward to this week:

MONDAY: Where’s Saint Michael the Archangel When We Need Him?, with Brendan Young

TUESDAY: Literature—What Every Catholic Should Know, with Joseph Pearce

WEDNESDAY: How To Crush The Morale of Priests, with Fr. Casey Jones

THURSDAY:  Defending Boyhood, with Dr. Anthony Esolen
