THIS WEEK ON THE CATHOLIC CURRENT: Holy Week with open and grateful hearts!

I’m Father Robert McTeigue, S.J., and I am delighted to be the host and producer of The Catholic Current, where we apply timeless truths to timely topics.  Holy Week is upon us! We work hard to offer our listeners support as they walk with Our Lord during this most sacred time.  On Monday, we’ll  meet Professor Stephen Cordova, who will introduce to the great spiritual classic, The Imitation of Christ by Thomas a Kempis.  Tuesday’s guest is Bill Kassel, author of the novel, My Brother’s Keeper.  He’ll talk to us about the temptation to keep Christ from His  Cross.   On Wednesday, we’ll welcome back author and speaker Lisa Mladnich, who will talk to us about the link between sacrifice and gratitude—just in time for the Sacred Triduum!  On Holy Thursday and Good Friday, the Station of the Cross will have special programming for both days to help you pray along with the Church.  In this time of confusion and conflict, The Catholic Current brings clarity and charity to help us find light in the darkness.  Join us!
