Submit an Event

  • The Station of the Cross Community Calendar is a free resource to help promote Catholic events throughout the dioceses we serve. We ask that submissions be made at least THREE WEEKS prior to the event. Requests placed after the three week deadline may not be able to be posted or broadcast on the air, due to time constraints. On-air announcements may be edited for time.

    All events go through a review process and, following approval, are placed on our online calendar. Due to the limited number of on-air spots available, we will only consider events that work toward the spiritual edification and education of the faithful and/or are fundraisers for Catholic organizations.

    Please include phonetic spellings of any questionable pronunciations and submit all information requested to ensure we process your submission accurately.

    Ongoing Events: If your event is an ongoing or repeating event, please submit once for each calendar year and describe the repeating schedule below.

  • Please enter the DATE OF YOUR EVENT.
  • This field is not necessary unless it is a multi-date event. If this is a recurring event, enter the last date that the event will occur.
  • If this is a recurring event, describe the schedule of recurrences. E.g. Every Tuesday or Second Saturday of every Month or Every other Wednesday.
