“WNY4Life: Building a Bridge between Suburban and City Pro-Life Communities” will take place on Thursday, June 13 from 7-9 PM in St. Anthony’s Social Hall at 160 Court Street right behind City Hall and will explore how city and suburban based pro-lifers can join forces to defend life in Western New York.

The event will be moderated by Mary Pesarchick, who has been active in the pro-life movement for over 20 years and is a writer for the Catholic Stand, and include a series of talks by speakers from the local pro-life movement:

Reverend Juan Carlos Rivera, Pastor of Assemblies of Christian Churches in Buffalo and a candidate for the Erie County Legislature;

Stasia Zoladz Vogel, Esq., member of U.S. Supreme Court bar, founder of the first Buffalo pregnancy care center and President of Buffalo Regional Right to Life Committee; and

Dr. Stan Bukowski, a third-generation Buffalo physician with a 35 year career in the medical profession who is very involved in the local pro-life movement and served as a past director of the Buffalo 40 Days for Life campaign.

Admission and parking are both free and the event will be in the social hall which is the building across the parking lot from the church and rectory.
