Please join Pioneer Institute, the Institute for Justice, and Harvard University’s Program on Education Policy and Governance for a discussion about the potentially landmark school choice and religious liberty case currently before the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS), Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue.

The event will feature the lead plaintiff, Montana mom, Kendra Espinoza, and her lawyer from the Institute for Justice, Erica Smith. This important SCOTUS case could have wide implications for private school choice and K-12 education policy across America.
