Could you use some renewal? Some restoration? Perhaps some of the serious problems within the Church and in the world have you anxious, angry, confused, or battered, maybe all of the above. Perhaps you’re fighting some discouragement, and you could use a bit of an honest, authentic, prayerful boost to convict your heart and mind anew for navigating the challenging times we’re in and that are up ahead. What better time than December 1st, the First Sunday of Advent and the beginning of a new liturgical year, to pause, reflect, and be restored in God’s grace?

Come join me, Jim Havens, for a three-night Advent Parish Mission entitled The Beauty That Still Remains – Answering the Call Amidst the Crisis. It begins Sunday, December 1st and runs through Tuesday December, 3rd at St. Michael’s Church 651 Washington Street in Buffalo. Each evening the mission begins at 7pm and will go about 90-minutes. Confessions are available each night, and Mass will be celebrated to close the mission on Tuesday. Come alone, or bring some family or friends. Either way, I hope to see you there. God bless you.
